At URAM Care, we believe that meaningful health initiatives should be informed by research, evidence, and a genuine understanding of community needs. Our Research program focuses on exploring the health and well-being of Mongolian youth, with particular attention to the challenges young people face and the factors that influence their physical and mental health.

Our research explores topics such as common health concerns among young people, access to reliable health information, health-related knowledge and attitudes, lifestyle habits, and barriers to seeking appropriate healthcare.

By examining these areas, we aim to better understand where information gaps exist, what challenges young people experience, and which health topics require greater attention. The findings can help guide future awareness campaigns, educational activities, and community-based health initiatives.

We also aim to encourage a more research-informed approach to youth health by highlighting the importance of listening to young people's experiences and perspectives. Ultimately, our goal is to contribute to a stronger understanding of youth health in Mongolia and support the development of initiatives that respond to real community needs.
